Service Guarantee


We stand behind the quality of our services and offer a 7-day guarantee from the date of your appointment on Gel and Hard Gel Manicures and Pedicures. If you notice any issues during this period (chipping or lifting), please reach out to us.

*We don't provide guarantee on Regular Manicure and Pedicure

**We don't provide repairs for services done at other salons


Cancellations

Appointment Cancellation Policy


Please ensure that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost. You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment either online or by giving us a call. Please note that having a credit card on file is for reservation purposes.

Walk-ins


We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability at the time of your visit and are not guaranteed.





Running late

Running late


Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. If you're are running late, please notify us by calling (650)531-5556.


  1. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and a fee equal to 100% of the service cost.
  2. We will accommodate late arrivals only if time allows and at the discretion of the nail technician.
